About HR Concise

HR Concise is founded on the principle that being proactive in employee related actions helps to develop strong organizational cultures that stay focussed on carrying out strategic goals and meeting and exceeding goals.

As your business grows it is critical to have competent employees that are engaged in their work and that represent your business as you intend it to be represented. My philosophy is to focus on key performance indicators to build a respectful, values based culture and that ensure that you will maintain positive employee relations. The research is clear that strong respectful cultures attract and retain the top performers required to grow a business.

My experience in the areas of performance management, change management, and employee and leadership development and a background in business administration and finance create an ability to look for solutions from more than one perspective.  I make it a point to stay current and to seek out information on leading edge ideas using my experience and education to assess the effectiveness of new products and services. Finding what is right for your business for now and the future is a key feature of the HR Concise approach.
